Each patient has a unique contract with their insurance company. Your eligibility for benefits and coverage will be verified prior to or during each appointment. We will work with your unique needs based on the information provided from your insurance company to maximize your benefits and minimize your out-of-pocket expenses.

Although we will do our best to accommodate your unique insurance needs, your insurance company makes the final decision as to which procedures are covered, and ultimately the responsibility for payment on your account is yours alone.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, check, and cash.

We also offer flexible payment options through Care Credit for those patients preferring to make payments over time. Learn more about Care Credit.
